The Nigerian Center for Disease Control reported zero COVID-19-related death for the tenth consecutive day.

In its daily update on the Coronavirus, the NCDC, in a tweet late Wednesday, said the death-toll from the virus remains at 2,061 – since April 12.

The health agency however said 35 new recoveries from the virus were registered, bringing the total across the country to 154,441.

The agency said the recoveries were registered from isolation centers across the country in the last 24 hours.

The NCDC also recorded 65 new COVID-19 cases across 11 states of the Federation, taking the total recorded cases to 164,488.
